Details of the Job/Internship

Unacademy is hiring a Legal Intern for a duration of 3 months to join their office in Bengaluru. The role offers hands-on exposure to real-world legal matters within a fast-growing EdTech organisation and involves supporting the legal team across contracts, compliance, intellectual property, and day-to-day legal operations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and analyse contracts, agreements, and NDAs.
• Conduct legal research and assist on regulatory and compliance matters.
• Support intellectual property work including copyrights and trademarks.
• Assist the legal team in daily operations and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal queries.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Law (LL.B., BA LL.B. or equivalent).
• Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Understanding of corporate, IP, and contract law is an advantage.
• Interest in EdTech and startup environments.
