Unacademy is offering a 3-month Legal Internship in Bangalore, providing hands-on experience in real-world corporate and EdTech legal matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and analyze contracts, agreements, and NDAs.
- Conduct legal research on regulatory, compliance, and corporate matters.
- Assist in intellectual property matters including copyright and trademark filings.
- Support the Legal team in day-to-day operations and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal queries.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Law (LLB, BA.LLB, or equivalent).
- Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Interest in corporate, IP, and contract law is a plus.
