Details of the Job/Internship
Uni Seoul is hiring a Legal Intern to work directly with the CEO and senior leadership team in Pune. The role involves supporting legal, regulatory, and compliance functions, including retail law, commercial contracts, and brand protection.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and assist in negotiating contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and service agreements with vendors and partners.
- Conduct legal research on retail and commercial laws, consumer protection, IP rights, employment regulations, and FDI in retail.
- Support compliance management across departments — HR, procurement, and store operations.
- Coordinate with external legal advisors on notices, potential litigations, and statutory queries.
- Prepare legal briefs, risk analyses, and compliance summaries for leadership review.
- Maintain an organized legal tracker and document repository for all regulatory filings.
- Assist in store launch documentation, vendor contracts, and marketing collaborations to ensure legal and brand compliance.
Eligibility
- Pursuing final year of LLB or Integrated Law Program (3-year or 5-year track).
- Strong skills in legal drafting, documentation, and research.
- Excellent attention to detail and professional discretion.
- Strong communication and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and document management tools.
