Details of the Job/Internship
Unicorn Vending is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in New Delhi. The role involves assisting with legal research, preparing legal documents, providing legal consulting, and addressing various legal issues as they arise.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Assist in managing, organizing, and updating company agreements.
- Conduct research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues in the vending and F&B sector.
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and assist in developing internal legal frameworks.
- Prepare MIS, legal notes, and reports for management review.
Eligibility
- Completed LLB (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Knowledge of law and legal issues.
- Strong legal drafting and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in legal research with attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines in a dynamic business environment.
