Unity Infotech is hiring a Legal Intern for a minimum duration of 6 months to join their team in Kochi, Kerala.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on regulatory frameworks, including Data Protection, CBUAE, and CBB.
- Draft, review, and assist with IT and commercial contracts.
- Support preparation of compliance documentation and policy updates.
- Gain exposure to corporate governance and international regulatory processes.
Eligibility
- Law students (3rd year and above in a 5-year course / 2nd year and above in a 3-year course) or fresh graduates.
- Prior internship experience in IT contracts or technology law preferred.
- Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Interest in regulatory, compliance, and corporate law.
