Details of the Job/Internship
Vantage Law Advisors is hiring a Legal Intern to assist in drafting contracts, supporting investment transactions, conducting legal research, and participating in due diligence and compliance exercises at their Noida office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, and SaaS agreements.
- Support structuring and documentation of investment transactions, including shareholder agreements, term sheets, and share purchase agreements.
- Conduct legal research and prepare notes, opinions, and client updates.
- Participate in due diligence exercises, data room management, and compliance audits.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognized university.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in contract drafting and legal research.
- Ability to handle deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Interest in working with startups and investors.
- Comfortable working independently and in small teams.
