Details of the Job/Internship
VERIIDIIC is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Delhi. The role involves supporting day-to-day legal work, including conducting research, preparing legal documents, analysing legal issues, and assisting in legal consulting activities.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research.
- Prepare legal documents.
- Support legal consulting activities.
- Analyse legal issues and assist in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Eligibility
- Knowledge and understanding of law, legal principles, and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to assist in legal consulting and support ongoing legal matters.
- Skills in preparing legal documents, including drafting and reviewing contracts or agreements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of compliance, corporate law, and case analysis.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in law or a related field.
- Eligible students: 1st–5th year B.A. LL.B., 1st–3rd year LL.B., and 1st–2nd year LL.M.
