Details of the Job/Internship
Votum is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Ahmedabad. The role involves working closely with the product and business teams to test the platform, gather feedback from legal professionals, and support outreach efforts. The position also includes assisting in product demonstrations, preparing user documentation, and understanding legal workflows to contribute to product improvements.
Role and Responsibilities
- Test new features on the platform and identify usability issues, bugs, or workflow gaps.
- Assist in conducting product demonstrations for lawyers and law firms.
- Collect structured user feedback and help translate it into product improvements.
- Prepare user documentation, guides, and onboarding material.
- Support outreach and relationship building with law firms, legal professionals, and institutions.
- Assist the team in understanding real-world workflows used by lawyers and suggest product design improvements.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, feature requests, and user feedback.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing LL.B., B.A. LL.B., B.B.A. LL.B., or an equivalent degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in legal technology and innovation.
- Ability to understand legal workflows used by lawyers and law firms.
- Comfort interacting with professionals and collecting structured feedback.
- Basic familiarity with productivity tools such as Excel and Docs.
