WEchartered Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Intern to support their legal and compliance functions in their Gurugram office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Assist in managing litigation cases and maintaining related documentation.
- Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputed law college (only a 5-year law degree considered).
- Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
