WEchartered Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Assist in managing litigation cases and maintaining related documentation.
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a good law college (only 5-year law program will be considered).
• Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
