YourGuide.org.in is inviting law students to join their office remotely. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts, Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), and internal policy documents.
• Conduct legal research on education, employment, and data privacy regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of legal documentation for collaborations, events, and partnerships.
• Support the nonprofit registration process, intellectual property (IP) rights management, and volunteer policies.
• Maintain legal records, checklists, and compliance documentation.

Eligibility

• Law student (3rd year or above in a 5-year course, or 2nd year in a 3-year LLB).
• Strong understanding of contract law, intellectual property rights (IPR), and nonprofit regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent drafting and research skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.
• Prior internship experience in NGOs, startups, or legal firms is preferred.
