Shah Jain & Co. is hiring a Legal Intern in Mumbai for its Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) practice.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting in the preparation and filing of legal documents,
- Conducting legal research on IPR issues, case law, statutes, and regulations.
- Attending court hearings and observing litigation proceedings related to intellectual property.
- Assisting in the preparation for client meetings, including creating legal summaries and reports.
- Engaging in intellectual property portfolio management and due diligence.
