Details of the Job/Internship

FashionTV India is hiring a Legal Intern – Litigation / Non-Litigation to join their in-house legal team at Santacruz (West), Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site internship for recent law graduates (Class of 2025). The role offers exposure across litigation and non-litigation legal functions, including contracts, intellectual property, compliance, and legal research within the fashion, media, and luxury lifestyle domain.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing case files, briefs, and documentation for litigation.
• Attend court hearings with senior legal counsel and coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies.
• Track case statuses and manage litigation calendars.
• Draft, review, and proofread contracts, NDAs, MoUs, vendor agreements, and SLAs.
• Conduct legal research on company law, IPR, labor laws, and industry-specific regulations.
• Maintain legal records, contract databases, and compliance trackers.
• Support intellectual property filings, renewals, and brand protection initiatives.
• Assist in compliance monitoring, internal audits, and responses to legal queries.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all legal documentation.

Eligibility

• Recent graduate in Law (LL.B./BLS/LL.M) – Class of 2025 from a recognized university.
• Strong understanding of legal drafting, contracts, and the Indian legal system.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong legal research skills.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to manage sensitive information.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with legal databases such as Manupatra and SCC is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Only immediate joiners and Mumbai-based candidates will be considered.
