Advocate Sidharth Kakka is inviting law students to join his office in Mumbai for 6 months.

• Areas of Practice - Arbitration, Company Law, Property Disputes, 138 matters, Labour disputes, Insolvency and Bankruptcy matters, Execution matters, GST Writs, Recovery matters and all the allied corporate,commercial and civil litigation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting & Registration of Agreements, Contracts, Drafting documents/legal notices, conducting research, Court/Tribunal compliances, filing cases at Courts/Tribunals,attending Client meetings and allied matters.
