Details of the Job/Internship

Schbang is currently offering a Legal Internship Opportunity in Mumbai. As a leading Creative, Media & Technology Transformation Company, they are committed to providing valuable learning experiences to aspiring legal professionals.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting Service Agreements, Supplementary Deeds, Non Disclosure Agreements, Letter of Intent, Talent Release Forms, Freelancer Agreements, Influencer Agreements, IP Assignment Agreements, and other drafts relevant to the Media industry.
• Drafting notices, replies and complaints.
• Resolving Trademark and Copyright queries.
• Trademark Applications.
• Providing legal guidance and support to various departments.
• Systematic creation and maintenance of contract trackers.
• Preparation of excels, trackers and presentations for internal purposes.

Skills Required:

• Strong command over English
• Confident and fluent in co-ordination with Clients and internally within teams
• Excellent communication and drafting skills
• Excellent command over MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Needs to extremely systematic with work management
• Should be good with numbers for the internal role
• Proficient in laws applicable to Private company and LLP and basic knowledge of Trademark and Copyrights Laws
• Needs to be able to work and co-ordinate well internally, with the various teams across the Company. Should be able to handle pressure situations with ease and maturely.
