1 Solution is inviting law students to intern with them at their office in Hybrid mode with occasional visits to the Office located in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents (NDAs, contracts, ESOP agreements, etc.).
• Research legal and compliance issues to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Support in developing internal policies and procedures.
• Work closely with the business and operations teams to provide legal insights.
• Help in managing any intellectual property (IP) filings and compliance documentation.

Eligibility

A student pursuing a degree in law (3rd year and above in a 5-year program or 2nd year and above in a 3-year program).
