She focuses on advising, assisting, and representing well-renowned Indian, multi-national companies in a wide range of Company law matters, due diligence, Acquisitions & Investment advisory, employment laws, contract laws, foreign-exchange laws, CSR, Data protection, arbitration and dispute resolution matters etc.
Details of the Job/Internship
Advocate Deepti Dole is inviting law students to intern with her. Applicants pursuing CS courses would be preferred.
The candidate would get exposure to research & compliance under corporate laws (Company Law, Foreign Exchange Laws and Securities Laws).
Internship for 3 months (minimum).
