Details of the Job/Internship
This legal internship opportunity with Advocate Kumar Deepraj in Delhi offers law students a chance to gain practical experience in various aspects of legal practice. Interns will have the opportunity to assist with legal research, drafting legal documents, attending court proceedings, and participating in client meetings.

Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in legal research related to civil and commercial matters.
- Drafting legal documents, including petitions, affidavits, and replies.
- Attend court proceedings at various forums across Delhi.
- Assist in client meetings and case preparations.
- Conduct case analysis and prepare case briefs.
- Assist in the preparation of arguments and legal strategies.
- Maintain case files and documentation.
- Liaise with court clerks and other legal professionals as required.
- Handle administrative tasks related to the litigation process.
- Learn and apply procedural laws and court rules effectively.
Eligibility
- Law students currently enrolled in a recognized law program.
- Available to intern for a minimum of one month starting from April 2024.
- Law students with a passion for policy research and analysis. Limited to 2-3 interns monthly.
