Advocate Sidharth Kakka is inviting law students to intern with them at their office in Mumbai on a long-term basis in the profile of Litigation, Drafting and Compliances before the Hon'ble Bombay High Court, City Civil Court, and more.
Role and Responsibilities
The interns will have to draft notices, appeals, petitions, applications, and relevant documents by considering the entire filling procedures of all the cases across Mumbai. Additionally, the candidate has to file applications regarding Intellectual Property Rights, Copyright, Patents, and Licenses for food industries.
