Details of the Job/Internship

Aegis Remedium Advocates provides interns with a unique hybrid work model, offering the flexibility to work from their office in New Delhi as well as remotely. This arrangement allows interns to balance their work and personal commitments more effectively while gaining valuable legal experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support ongoing cases and projects.
• Draft legal pleadings, documents, and written submissions under the supervision of senior attorneys.
• Analyze case law and legal precedents to assist in developing case strategies and arguments.
• Collaborate with team members on various firm activities, including client meetings, case preparations, and administrative tasks.
• Gain practical experience and insights into different areas of law through exposure to real-world legal matters.
• Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced attorneys to enhance your legal skills and professional development.
• Contribute to the overall success of our legal team by actively participating in team discussions and sharing insights and ideas.

Eligibility

• Strong legal research and analytical skills
