Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting legal documents.
- Researching case laws and legal frameworks as per instructions.
- Assisting in and appearing at various courts, including the high court, city civil court, central administrative tribunal, income tax appellate tribunal, NCLT, and PMLA.
- Assisting with client conferences, serving summons, and liaising with other advocates.
