Role and Responsibilities
The Cs Legal will be responsible for legal consulting, preparing legal documents, handling communication related to legal issues, and providing guidance on legal matters.
Eligibility
- Law and Legal Consulting skills.
- Drafting of DRHP & RHP.
- Drafting of legal agreements.
- Drafting and assist in DD etc.
- Legal Document Preparation skills.
- Communication skills.
- Experience in dealing with Legal Issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of corporate or startup law is a plus.
