Details of the Job/Internship

They are seeking a dynamic and motivated Legal Intern to join our team for a minimum internship period of 3 months. The candidate will be responsible for handling tasks related to Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Law, the Negotiable Instruments Act (NI Act), drafting legal documents, notices, replies, and other day-to-day assignments.

This internship opportunity will provide valuable hands-on experience in the field of law, with exposure to various aspects of legal practice. The candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced legal professionals and gain practical insights into the legal industry.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on IPR Law and NI Act.
• Assist in drafting legal documents including contracts, agreements, and legal opinions.
• Prepare notices and responses to legal correspondence.
• Support the legal team in various day-to-day assignments.
• Attend and assist in legal meetings, hearings, and court proceedings.
• Maintain and organize legal files and documents.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing BALLB or equivalent degree in Law.
• Strong interest and understanding of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Law and Legal Drafting.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Good communication and writing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
