LawDocs is inviting law students to join their office in Jaipur.
Role and Responsibilities
- Working on LegalTech and FinTech-related policies, documentation, and agreements, including RBI and SEBI compliance.
- Drafting legal documents for financial companies and startups to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Researching startup laws and providing corporate law advisory.
- Assisting with data privacy and protection laws to ensure compliance and safeguard sensitive information.
