Responsibilities may include legal research, drafting agreements, assisting with contract management, and supporting the legal team with administrative tasks. Role and Responsibilities

Agreement Review:

• Read and analyse various types of agreements (e.g., IP license agreements, NDAs, service agreements) to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Identify potential risks and areas for improvement in agreements.
• Assist in drafting and revising agreements as needed.

Research Work:

• Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents.
• Prepare summaries and reports on research findings.

Piracy Control Support:

• Assist the team in investigating potential infringement cases.
• Monitor online forums and marketplaces for signs of infringement.
• Participate in meetings and discussions with team members and external partners to ensure mitigation of infringement.

Additional Duties:

• Maintain detailed records of work performed.

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in an accredited law school or recent law school graduate.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
• Familiarity with intellectual property law is a plus.
