RP Legal Consultants is a boutique law firm currently operating in Pune and Jabalpur. They deal in taxation, corporate compliances, litigation as well as fundraising assignments for corporate houses. Their partners are empaneled with various Banks and Insurance Companies. Recovery cases, legal opinions and respondent briefs covers majority part of the work exposure.

Apart from that, the specialize in handling Commercial Disputes, intellectual property protection, and claim cases filed under the Motor Vehicle Act.

Details of the Job/Internship

RP Legal Consultants is inviting law students to intern with them at their Pune office for the months of November and December 2024.

Work exposure: Motor Vehicle Act claim cases, Income Tax and GST, Commercial Court Act-trademark dispute and passing off matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting petitions
• Drafting Legal Opinions
• Document Scrutiny
• Assisting the Associates and Partners
• Legal Research on various aspects of law.
• Handling Queries of the clients.

Eligibility

Law students studying in 2nd and 3rd year can apply.
