The LawTech Corp is hiring 5 legal interns to work with them at their Noida office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Legal Drafting
- Preparation, Research & Preparing for Trial
- Contract Management/Contract Review/Contract drafting
- Initiating Pre-Litigation Processes
- For Litigation-Drafting, Vetting etc.
- Preparing/Drafting Discoveries & Responses
- Calendaring, Paralegal, Legal Assistant
- Client Coordination.
Eligibility
Law students from both 3-year and 5-year LL.B course.
