Tour Passion is offering a  Legal Internship Opportunity in Real Estate.

• Qualification: Any year law student can work. 
• Position: Legal Intern 
• Joining Date: Immediately 
• Duration: 4 Months

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and provide comprehensive analysis of their legal matters related to real estate.
• Draft legal documents for real estate, including contracts, agreements, and other related materials.
• Assist in preparing and organizing legal documentation for court proceedings for real estate matters.
• Collaborate with attorneys in reviewing and analyzing case files and evidence.
• Maintain and update legal databases, ensuring accurate and timely information management.
• Support in preparing presentations and reports for legal meetings.
• Travel to Delhi/NCR to meet banks, real estate developers, and lawyers for meetings.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing documents, organizing schedules, and coordinating meetings with real estate developers and banks and lawyers.
