Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive title search reports to ensure the validity and legality of property ownership.
• Assist in analyzing legal documents and contracts for compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with legal teams to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
• Support due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
• Research and stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Eligibility

• Recently graduated with a degree in LL.B. (3 years), BA.LL.B. (5 years), BBA LL.B. (5 years)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Prior experience or coursework in due diligence, title search, or legal compliance preferred but not required.
