Vivek Sheel is an advocate with considerable exposure to and practice in various areas of civil, criminal, and matrimonial litigation. The core area of his practice is armed forces matters & court-martial trials. He practices with a small team of his associates. Their primary practice is before the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India, and it extends to all Delhi district courts. In the past, he has been a legal consultant to the Central Information Commission for a couple of years. Their primary office is based in Chittaranjan Park (South Delhi).

Details of the Job/Internship

Vivek Sheel is inviting law students to intern with them at their office located in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research and drafting memos, briefs, and other legal documents to support case preparation.
• Assisting in case preparation and organizing materials for upcoming trials to ensure efficiency.
• Reviewing and summarizing legal documents, identifying key issues and relevant information.
• Assisting with client meetings, depositions, and court proceedings to provide support and ensure smooth operations.
• Attending court dates in various courts in Delhi to observe proceedings and assist senior lawyers.
• Collaborating on a variety of legal projects, contributing insights, and supporting team efforts.
• Performing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and other facets of court practice to maintain organization and compliance.
