Details of the Job/Internship
Volody is inviting law students to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- The legal Intern will be responsible for legal document preparation, providing legal advice, expertise in property law, and handling conveyancing tasks on a day-to-day basis.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts including Non-Disclosure
- Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Saas Agreements, etc.
- Ensure that contracts accurately reflect the intentions of the parties involved and comply with legal requirements.
- Stay updated on laws, regulations, and legal trends affecting the Legal Tech industry.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation.
- Develop and implement document management procedures to ensure efficient retrieval and storage of legal documents.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve legal issues.
- Liaise with external legal counsel as needed, and manage relationships with external legal service providers.
- Identify legal risks associated with and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Advise management on legal risks and provide recommendations for risk management strategies.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
- Law and Legal Advice skills.
- Legal Document Preparation expertise.
- Proficiency in Property Law and Conveyancing.
