Details of the Job/Internship

TruEstate is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern for a 3–6 month full-time onsite internship in Bangalore.

Role and Responsibilities

• 1. Draft and review property-related agreements, sale deeds, lease deeds, and other legal documents.
• 2. Conduct legal research on real estate and property law matters.
• 3. Assist in due diligence and title verification processes.
• 4. Coordinate with internal teams and external legal professionals when required.
• 5. Stay updated with developments in Indian property and real estate laws.

Eligibility

• 1. Currently pursuing 5th year of five year integrated law course or the 3rd year of LLB or recently completed a degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent).
• Good understanding of Indian property laws and related statutes.
• Proficiency in legal drafting and attention to detail.
• Strong research and communication skills.
• Past internship/job experience in the field of property law 6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
