Details of the Job/Internship

Select Media Holdings LLP is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Mumbai. This is a 6-month internship with a strong possibility of being promoted to Legal Assistant based on performance.

Role and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the associate legal firm to fast-track legal processes.
• Manage agreements between talent/third parties and the legal firm, ensuring timely resolution of disputed clauses.
• Draft agreements when required.
• Maintain, organise, and manage signed final agreements in both soft and hard copies.

Eligibility

• Recently graduated from law school or in the final year with a strong academic background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with legal procedures and terminology is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend

₹7000-10,000 per month
