AB InBev is inviting law students to join their office in Italy.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist with developing different types of contracts and documentation (e.g., commercial agreements, services agreements, minutes)
- Assist with advising on marketing, sales, labeling, IP, real estate, procurement, M&A, and corporate law matters.
- Stay abreast of new regulations and trends in the industry.
- Support in back office activities such as management of legal documentation, signing contract procedure (e.g., verification of power of attorney, finalizing contracts via exchange of correspondence)
- Support in managing external communications as well as in activating initiatives aimed at increasing corporate reputation (Corporate Affairs)
Eligibility
- Law degree.
- Plus: previous internship experience in international law firms or legal departments.
- Curiosity, passion, and determination.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English.
