Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. (ABFRL) is part of the Aditya Birla Group and one of India’s largest fashion and lifestyle companies. The internship provides a valuable opportunity to work closely with their in-house legal team and gain exposure to real-time legal operations.

Details of the Job/Internship

This 6-week internship offers practical experience in corporate legal operations. Interns will be involved in drafting legal documents, managing contracts and litigation, handling compliance tasks, and contributing to research and advisory work.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft legal notices, replies, petitions, agreements, MOUs, LOIs, company policies, etc.
• Draft, review, and maintain a database of agreements and related documentation.
• Manage litigation documentation and maintain litigation MIS.
• Coordinate with courts, advocates, consultants, police, and other relevant authorities.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Organize and migrate legal data to digital platforms.
• Provide legal opinions and conduct legal research as required.

Eligibility

• Law students (UG/PG) currently enrolled in a recognized institution.
• Strong academic background.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Salary/Stipend
