Details of the Job/Internship

Advocate Sachin Mathur is seeking ambitious interns to join his team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global legal practices such as corporate law, intellectual property, and international arbitration. 

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and legal drafting skills. Interns will work alongside experienced attorneys, contributing to significant legal projects and deepening their understanding of the international legal landscape.

Role and Responsibilities

• Research and analyze legal issues related to both UAE and Indian legal systems.
• Assist in preparing legal opinions and advisory notes for clients.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents with precision.
• Stay updated on changes in UAE and Indian corporate laws and regulations.
• Support senior attorneys in handling cross-border legal matters.
• Participate in client meetings and help prepare case summaries.
• Conduct due diligence and prepare reports for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
• Collaborate with the legal team to develop strategies for dispute resolution.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements in all corporate dealings.
• Contribute to the drafting of legal articles and publications for the firm.

Eligibility

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to use legal research software and databases Basic understanding of legal technology and e-discovery tools.
• Creative and Interpersonal Skills.
• Ability to create engaging and informative legal content Artistic skills for designing legal presentations and marketing materials.

Salary/Stipend
