Details of the Job/Internship

Advocate Shreyas Jain is hiring a Legal Intern to join his litigation practice in Mira Bhayandar, with active involvement in criminal and civil matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting legal documents and pleadings.
• Conduct legal research and case law analysis.
• Attend court hearings and maintain case records.
• Support day-to-day casework and coordination with clients.
• Accompany the advocate to various courts in Mumbai/Thane as needed.

Eligibility

• Candidate must have a genuine interest in litigation.
• Must have completed at least one prior litigation internship (any Court or Tribunal).
• Should be available to travel to the Bhayander office daily and to courts in Mumbai or Thane as required.
