Details of the Job/Internship

Aerie Law is offering a Legal Internship for candidates across India. This is a great opportunity for law students or recent graduates to gain practical experience in the legal field.

Role and Responsibilities

This is a full-time, remote role for a Legal Intern. As a Legal Intern, you will assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and providing support on various legal issues. You will work closely with our legal team to solve complex legal problems and support ongoing projects. Daily tasks will include drafting contracts, conducting due diligence, and providing interpretations of legal texts to contribute to the firm’s projects.

Eligibility

• Strong understanding of Law and Legal Issues
• Proficiency in Legal Consulting and Legal Document Preparation
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to conduct thorough legal research and provide comprehensive legal support
• Prior internship or experience in a legal setting is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
