Details of the Job/Internship
Air India SATS Airport Services Private Limited (AISATS) is hiring a Legal Intern to support the Legal Department in administrative functions, document management, research assistance, and coordination with internal teams and external parties. The role provides hands-on experience in legal operations and contributes to the efficiency of the department.
Role and Responsibilities
- Maintain and update legal databases, tracking systems, and case management tools.
- Prepare minutes of legal meetings, follow-up action points, and internal trackers.
- Organize and manage legal documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties for document submissions and status updates.
- Assist in legal research and analysis on specific cases, statutes, and regulations.
- Draft routine legal communications, prepare case summaries, and provide administrative support to the legal team.
Eligibility
- Currently enrolled in a law degree program (Bachelor’s or Master’s) from a recognized institution.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
