Role and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and administrative processes.
• Draft and review IT agreements and employment contracts.
• Handle legal compliance and understand company legal implications.
• Support HR functions such as employee management and coordination.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to compliance requirements.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree is mandatory.
• Hands-on knowledge of IT Act and compliance management.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Ability to multitask and manage HR and legal responsibilities.
