Details of the Job/Internship

Alten Global Technologies Private Limited is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Bengaluru for a duration of 1 to 3 months. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review MSAs, NDAs, and SOWs, ensuring alignment with company standards.
• Analyze contract terms and conditions for legal compliance.
• Conduct research on regulatory updates and legal revisions.
• Support due diligence and compliance screening processes.
• Maintain contract repositories and compliance trackers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect and analyze legal data.

Eligibility

• Law students in their 3rd year or higher of a 5-year course, or 3-year LLB program, or pursuing a master’s in Business, Company, or Corporate Law.
• Minimum academic performance: 65% or 7.5 SGPA per semester / 8.0 CGPA overall.
• Based in Bengaluru and available to join immediately.
• Preferred: Prior experience in contract drafting or review.
