Mr. Anuj has extensive experience in handling various types of litigation before the Honorable Supreme Court of India, various high courts, commissions, forums, boards, and tribunals, including national and various state consumer commissions/forums, the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), TDSAT, DRT, COMPAT, CCI, CESTAT, Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (ATE), CLB, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), NCLAT, etc. In May 2015, he was nominated as the additional standing counsel for the government of Delhi before the Honorable High Court of Delhi, achieving this distinction at 34, the youngest at that time.  

Details of the Job/Internship

Anuj Aggarwal is inviting law students to intern with them at their office located in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Attending court hearings to observe and assist with legal proceedings
• Conducting legal research on relevant cases, laws, and precedents
• Assisting with basic drafting of legal documents and correspondence
