Details of the Job/Internship
Avighna Legal is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Mumbai. The role provides exposure to litigation, arbitration, and corporate advisory work under the mentorship of experienced advocates.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents.
- Conduct legal research.
- Support litigation and arbitration cases.
- Aid in corporate advisory tasks.
Eligibility
- Students enrolled in the 2nd year or above of the 3-year LL.B. programme.
- Students enrolled in the 3rd year or above of the 5-year integrated LL.B. programme.
- Preference for candidates with a commerce background.
- Basic knowledge of law, legal consulting, and legal issues.
- Skills in legal document preparation, including drafting and reviewing contracts.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Indian legal system and procedures is beneficial.
Salary/Stipend
2,000/- to 5,000/- (commensurate with the candidate’s ability and performance).
