Details of the Job/Internship

Blu Ocean Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is inviting law students to join their office remotely. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing various legal documents including contracts, NDAs, and MoUs.
• Conduct legal research and provide concise summaries on relevant legal topics.
• Support internal teams with legal compliance across various jurisdictions.
• Aid in resolving legal issues and ensuring regulatory adherence in business operations.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of legal documentation.
• Contribute to ongoing legal projects and provide administrative support to the legal team.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of legal principles, documentation, and consulting practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with legal issues related to startups, technology, or biotechnology is a plus.
