Role and Responsibilities

• Law degree or currently pursuing a law degree.
• Experience in legal consulting and legal document preparation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of legal issues and concepts.
• Ability to conduct thorough legal research.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Prior experience or knowledge in intellectual property law is a plus.

Eligibility

The candidate will be responsible for assisting with legal consulting, preparing legal documents, handling communication-related to legal issues, and conducting research on various legal matters. You will also have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment and contribute to the company's overall legal initiatives.
