Details of the Job/Internship

BotLab Dynamics is inviting law students to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Patent, Industrial Design & Trademark research:Maintain and update our database. Research togather Patents, Industrial Design & Trademark details related to Drones sector within India.Ensure accuracy and completeness of information within the database.
• Communication with IP Law Firms: Liaise with attorneys and law firms hired for filingTrademark, Patent & Industrial Design Applications ; keep track of all the details and updates. Collaborate with legal professionals to obtain necessary information for IP registrations and maintenance.
• Database building and organization: Contribute to building and refining our internal database structure to optimize efficiency and accessibility.
• Drafting: Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements,emphasİzing legal-related aspects.

Eligibility

• Education: Degree in Law, or pursuing Law.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of Intellectual Property laws.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
