Details of the Job/Internship

Bryka Group is hiring Legal Interns to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, case law, and regulations.
• Prepare summaries and analyses of legal issues for review by the legal team.
• Assist in reviewing and drafting legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Support the legal team in preparing for legal proceedings.
• Assist in gathering and organizing evidence and case-related documents.
• Attend court proceedings and hearings to observe legal proceedings.
• Summarize and report key findings to the legal team.
• Assist in ensuring the company's compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Monitor changes in legislation and provide updates to the legal team.
• Provide general administrative support to the legal department.
• Assist in maintaining legal records and databases.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to gather information and support cross-functional projects.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
