Details of the Job/Internship
Case Matters – Legal Services is hiring two Legal Interns (final-year LLB students or graduates) for its Gurugram office in a hybrid role with working hours from 10 AM to 7 PM.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft notices, pleadings, affidavits, applications, replies, and argument synopses under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
- Conduct research on arbitration, infrastructure, and construction disputes.
- Draft, vet, and redline contracts and agreements.
Eligibility
- Final-year LLB students or LLB graduates.
- Strong interest in arbitration and contract drafting (prior experience preferred).
