CIP LEGIT covers full range of Intellectual Property requirements; statutory rights such as Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights, Designs, Semiconductor layout designs, Geographical Indication and Domain names; with predominant experience and expertise for Patents (searches, drafting, prosecution, opposition, maintenance, revocation and/or infringement support) and also those that are yet based on equity in India such as confidential information and trade secrets.

CIP LEGIT is inviting law students to intern with them.
- Field: Intellectual Property Law
- Mode: Both work-from-office and work-from-home options are available.
- Duration: 1 month (minimum, extendable on merit)
- Joining: Immediately
You will be learning the following:
- How does the TM & Copyright Registry work?
- Research and drafting for TM Opposition matters.
- Updating and maintaining records and files for TM, CR & Patent matters.
Eligibility
- Education: Must be enrolled in law college, in any year.
- Organised and well-spoken in English
