Details of the Job/Internship

Contriance Legal Solutions is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assisting in litigation-related work, including legal research, drafting, and case preparation.
• Supporting non-litigation matters such as contracts, legal notices, compliance, advisory, title due diligence, M&A, and policy advisory.
• Reviewing legal documents and supporting ongoing matters.
• Gaining hands-on experience in day-to-day legal practice.

Eligibility

• Ability to read Kannada.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with clients and team members.
• Strong attention to detail with sound time management and problem-solving skills.
• Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in law.
• Final semester students are eligible.
• Keen interest in startup and corporate legal environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for drafting and documentation.
